Microsoft doesn’t pay off IGN. Time exclusives are a deal made a long time ago and most publishers follow it. Developers like Bethesda which is also a publisher made that deal. Who cares? What does that have to do with the framerate?

They as in Microsoft and they aren’t paying them off to not talk about flaws they (M$) pay them off just like every other company. For example: Timed exclusives such as this and the GTA dlcs

My computer is perfectly fine and i’m exaggerating on purpose because of their videos about the ps3′s framerate problem that was fixed being blown out of proportion. While the gameplay does slightly skip towards the beginning it wouldn’t bother me if i was playing.
